The Cascade Yard office park, at 3310 146th Place S.E. in Bellevue, sold last month for almost $114.5 million. Urban Renaissance Group was part of the old ownership, and is also part of the new ownership, with majority owner Pacific Coast Capital Partners. URG says that further investments are planned in the now six-building complex previously known as Lincoln Executive Center, which was originally developed in 1984. Its new name is a nod to the 14-acre property’s origin as the Dobbins Lumber yard. A recently added 3,700-square-foot amenity center is simply called The Yard; it features a cafe operated by Walla Walla Farms.

URG’s Patrick Callahan said in a statement, “We’re also very pleased to be reinvesting in this asset with PCCP, and they are the right partner for our next round of improvements for the project.” The two owners are exploring plans for an office addition to the Eastgate campus, which is walkable to the Eastgate Park & Ride.
