Positioned for business success

Plaza 600, an iconic, 20-story office tower, is ideally located between Seattle’s retail core and Amazon’s ever-expanding urban campus. We acquired the building in 2012, with our partner, Joshua Green Corporation, and proceeded to add value with a new retail space at the building’s base and upgraded common areas and systems.

HVAC upgrades and building pressurization were major back-of-house improvements, while lobby renovation included new ceiling light fixtures, lobby furniture and digital touchscreen directory. New building access from Westlake Avenue (a major retail corridor), plus new exterior tile, ceiling and lights improved the arrival sequence. Exterior renovations also included an updated seating area in front of Starbucks and new building monument signs.

These improvements, combined with the dramatic changes occurring in the neighborhood, are expected to drive returns over the long term.
