The property at 2399 Blake St. has sold for $33 million, according to Denver County deed records.

The deed does not list the address of the Five Points property, but the legal description matches the legal information for 2399 Blake St.

The property was sold by Reverdie LLC of Denver to ADE 821 LLC, an entity registered to the same address as Urban Renaissance Group, LLC in Seattle.

The purchaser did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

The building is 70,138 square feet and was built in 1978, according to public records.

Currently, 2399 Blake St. is home to Urban Market Development.

It is also home to Datasource Consulting, which was purchased by New York-based ExlServices Holdings, Inc. (EXL) in 2016.

Baker Technologies Inc., a cannabis software company, is also a tenant. In May, the company announced it would be part of a four-way merger of U.S. cannabis companies.

Five Points has recently seen an uptick in commercial activity. Recently highlights include the development of a warehouse into creative office space, the upcoming delivery of 91 condo units, a large mixed-use property breaking ground on the site of an old warehouse.

Recent transactions include the $50 million purchase of seven RiNo buildings, and the $14.85 million sale of the Gold Star sausage factory building.

This is a developing story.
