Troy Black serves as the Chief Financial Officer of URG/Touchstone and is actively engaged in shaping the financial and operational strategy of the Company. He provides direct oversight of accounting, tax, IT, cash management, and risk management activities and collaborates extensively in the structuring of URG’s most significant financing and investment transactions. Troy played a key role in the merger and integration of URG and Touchstone, and as CFO of Touchstone, was heavily involved in the structuring and negotiation of its joint venture agreements.

Prior to URG, Troy worked at Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company in leadership positions across commercial development, financial operations, strategic planning, and asset management. He began his career in public accounting with Deloitte and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He earned his BA from Duke University and MBA from the University of Washington.

Troy is involved in several professional organizations including the Seattle Society of CFAs, Washington Society of CPAs, NAIOP Washington and Urban Land Institute (ULI). He greatly enjoys coaching youth sports and supporting community development.
