As Vice President of Engineering, Steven is responsible for working closely with managers to review technical operations and develop and provide preventative maintenance and engineering procedures. Steven also performs building evaluations and creates capital plans during asset due diligence and for development projects.
Prior to joining URG, Steven worked with Marx|Okubo, performing property condition assessments and providing sustainability services on commercial properties including office, mixed-use, residential, medical office, and industrial buildings. Steven also has a commissioning (Cx) background working for Smith Seckman Reid in Nashville, Tennessee and AECOM in Arlington, Virginia.
Steven received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the George Washington University. Steven is also a licensed professional engineer in the State of Washington.
