Steve Yi

VICE PRESIDENT,
ENGINEERING


As Vice President of Engineering, Steve is responsible for working closely with managers to review technical operations and develop and provide preventative maintenance and engineering procedures. Steve also performs building evaluations and creates capital plans during asset due diligence and for development projects.

Prior to joining URG, Steve worked with Marx|Okubo, performing property condition assessments and providing sustainability services on commercial properties including office, mixed-use, residential, medical office, and industrial buildings. Steve also has a commissioning (Cx) background working for Smith Seckman Reid in Nashville, Tennessee and AECOM in Arlington, Virginia.

Steve received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the George Washington University. Steve is also a licensed professional engineer in the State of Washington.
