Rebecca Uusitalo brings 25 years of full-cycle real estate experience to her role as Senior General Manager at URG. Rebecca is a highly motivated, experienced professional with a diverse real estate background including residential development, strategic repositioning, operations and management of assets. At URG, Rebecca is responsible for the overall strategic direction for a diverse portfolio in Seattle, including Class-A high-rise and several historic assets. She is committed to providing successful client solutions, well-balanced perspectives on assets and superior customer service. She leads a team of dedicated property management professionals to ensure optimum asset performance.

Prior to joining URG, Rebecca served as General Manager at Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, where she provided leadership and guidance for the Puget Sound region property management teams responsible for direct operations of approximately 800,000 square feet of office space. Previous experience includes Unico Properties, where she was responsible for the management of 2 million square feet of Class A office space in downtown Seattle and Bellevue.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of California, Davis, and a certification from the University of Washington in Real Estate Development. She holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. Rebecca currently serves as the PNW Regional President for BOMA, is on the Executive Board for BOMA Greater Seattle, is the Chair of the Public Safety Committee and is active in the efforts of Industry and Government Affairs. Rebecca also serves on the Downtown Seattle Association/Metropolitan Improvement District Ratepayer Board and the Clean & Safe Committee.
