Pam King brings over 20 years of property management and real estate experience to her role as General Manager at Urban Renaissance Group, as well as more than a decade of commercial construction operations experience. Throughout her career, she has managed a diverse range of properties throughout the Puget Sound region, including office, retail, industrial, medical, manufacturing, and mixed-use.

As General Manager, Pam’s responsibilities include full-service property management, owner relations, operational oversight, and construction management services for complex, multi-asset portfolios.

Prior to joining URG in 2021, Pam held leadership positions with Kidder Mathews, Urban Visions, CBRE Asset Services, and Washington Holdings, managing portfolios totaling millions of square feet across multiple asset classes. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering collaborative partnerships, and creating environments where people, properties, and communities can thrive.

Pam holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through BOMI and is a licensed Washington State Real Estate Broker, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and ongoing industry leadership.
