JoLene Parks brings more than 30 years of experience in property and asset management, client relations and portfolio oversight to her role as Senior General Manager. She has served a variety of roles at URG, taking on specialized project work, property acquisition due diligence projects, property management assignments and development of standardized operational process and procedures.

Currently, JoLene and her team are working on the property management and restoration of the SeaTac Office Center, focusing on the replacement of core building systems, installation of new facility systems and the remodel of both interior and exterior building common areas, as well as relationship-building with the tenant base.

JoLene spent four years as a General Manager at Equity Office Properties (EOP) where she was responsible for managing financial and operational activities for a 2.65 million square foot high rise office portfolio located in Downtown Bellevue. Prior to this, JoLene spent 15 years with Martin Smith Inc., where she was responsible for the financial, operation and leasing activities of a 3 million square foot portfolio consisting of four property management teams.
