As Vice President of Corporate Operations and Business Processes, Holly brings a synergistic approach to business leadership based on more than 22 years of experience across accounting, asset management, and commercial real estate operations. She is responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives across the operating services platform that drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and improve URG’s level of services. Holly also leads the company’s risk management program and oversees the URG Information Technology department.
Prior to her URG tenure, Holly served as Director of Operations for a commercial real estate portfolio including more than 2 million square feet of Class-A office product. Her previous roles include Finance Manager, Controller, Head of Human Resources, and VP of Finance and Administration—a diverse background that serves her well in her current role.
Outside of work, Holly is active in CREW Portland and on the Board of Bird Alliance of Oregon. She graduated from University of Oregon with a B.S. in Accounting and began her career in public accounting at Deloitte where she specialized in audit and assurance engagements with financial services clients. She received her CPA license in 2007 (now inactive).
