As Senior General Manager of URG’s Bellevue/Eastside portfolio, Craig is responsible for the portfolio’s JV and third-party managed asset operations and value-add activities. He oversees 1.6M square feet of assets across ten buildings and manages a diverse base of tenants and clients, including Amazon, Puget Sound Energy, WeWork, Samsung, NY Life, First Republic Bank, and Intermedia.
Prior to his URG tenure, Craig founded and owned DesertScape Properties, a real estate investment and management company developing, leasing, owning, and managing office and mixed-use properties in central Oregon. Craig was directly responsible for the company’s land development, private capital raising, leverage management, and asset management efforts.
Craig’s diverse background serves him well in his current position at URG. His career began at Unico Properties in Portland, where he held a variety of roles, including Financial Analyst, Director of Leasing, Construction Manager, Market Officer, and General Manager.
