As Executive Vice President of Operations at URG, Brad is responsible for developing and implementing strategies organization-wide to ensure a solid platform for continued growth, financial strength, and operational efficiency.

Prior to becoming EVP of Operations, Brad served as Managing Director for URG’s Denver region, where he oversaw asset-level business plans from inception through disposition.

Brad joined URG with 20 years of experience across office, retail, industrial, and residential property types and over $10 billion of completed commercial real estate transactions. He previously served as Managing Director at Sterling Bay, overseeing a real estate portfolio of over 4 million square feet, and as Senior Director at Tishman Speyer, where he focused on acquisitions and management for 7 million square feet of premier office space.

Brad graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics as well as Finance, Investments & Banking. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
