Krista Bailey

VICE PRESIDENT,
DEVELOPMENT


As Vice President of Development, Krista Bailey is responsible for the team effort to successfully execute new developments, re-development projects, major capital improvements and tenant improvements in both managed and owned assets across the portfolio in Seattle, Portland and Denver. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic direction for specific JV and owned properties through strategic client and vendor relationships, employee mentoring and ensuring the delivery of a project’s financial results.

Prior to joining URG, Krista was Vice President of Project Management for CRESA, providing strategic planning and execution of large-scale real estate projects for corporate users. Previous positions include Development Manager with Shorenstein, where she oversaw ground-up development of Class A office buildings and acted as tenant liaison and project manager for multiple first-generation tenant improvements.

Krista is actively engaged in the industry as a Board Member for BOMA-Oregon, Portland State’s Center for Real Estate MRED Program and the Stadium District Business Association. She also serves on the Tigard-Tualatin School District Bond Oversight Board and the City of Durham Planning Commission.
