Shari Wadsworth brings more than 22 years of extensive real estate financial experience to her role as Manager of Accounting at Urban Renaissance Group, where she is responsible for overseeing accounting for one of the region’s most complex assets.
Prior to joining Urban Renaissance Group, Ms. Wadsworth served as a full-service Property Accountant at Wright Runstad & Company. Following that, she served as Senior Regional Financial Analyst at Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP) for the Seattle-Portland-Denver region. Most recently, she worked on new acquisition start-ups for Hines. Her vast experience includes coordinating budget preparation and review for properties with revenues exceeding $400 million; preparing monthly regional variance reports summarizing all property and regional activities; designing escalation charge systems for more than 120 tenants at a 1.5 million square foot property; designing systems to accurately track and reforecast revenues; initiating systems for tenant improvement; administering financial trainings; interfacing with internal audit teams; and spearheading regional tenant improvement standardizations.
Ms. Wadsworth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a Minor in Business Administration from Western Washington University. At EOP, she received the Excellence Team Award and Individual Effort Award for excellence in property support, including during the budgeting process.
