A Seattle native, Renee Evans came to Urban Renaissance Group (URG) as one of its first employees after five years at Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP). At EOP, she helped manage operations for a 1.6 million square foot portfolio in Bellevue, Washington, prior to assuming primary management support to EOP's Senior Vice President and the Regional Leadership Team. Prior to EOP, Renee helped manage assets for Spieker Properties in downtown Bellevue.
Renee Evans plays a key role in representing URG to employees and prospective employees, and shaping its culture. Planning, executing, managing and performing day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee actions, compensation program management & implementation, employee relations, performance management, HR consultation & conflict resolution, risk management & compliance, and training & development.
Renee hails from a family of builders, and has been involved in the real estate development industry for most of her life.She started her commercial real estate career at CB Richard Ellis working with an asset services team on a 630,000-square-foot portfolio in Bothell, Redmond and Bellevue, Washington.
A passionate supporter of Seattle’s civic vitality, Renee is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and is active in other community institutions such as Downtown Seattle Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound, Compass Housing Alliance, NAIOP and the Seattle Metro Chamber.
