With nearly 20 years of commercial real estate industry experience, Kimberly Fuller’s strong management, organization and negotiation skills provide her with a distinct, strategic focus in identifying best practices and driving results. At Urban Renaissance Group (URG), she oversees all company operations—including property management, leasing, asset management, property accounting and engineering—and is responsible for legal, IT, HR and corporate insurance. She strives to build and maintain strong client relationships and create an atmosphere of respect, empowerment and trust.
Prior to joining URG, Kimberly served as Managing Director of Operations at Equity Office Properties, where she oversaw the company’s Portland operations, comprising 4.2 million square feet of office product. Before that, she served as Project Director at Spieker Properties, where she oversaw the acquisition, takeover and repositioning of Lincoln Center—a 750,000 square foot campus requiring a $5 million renovation of interior and exterior common areas. Most recently, she was instrumental in the takeover of management of the Talon Seattle Portfolio, including 2.7 million square feet of office space with a total of 10 properties comprised of 24 buildings ranging in size, complexity and location from 600,000 square feet of Class A high-rise in downtown Seattle to a fifteen building suburban office park in Bellevue.
